Description:
The City and County of San Francisco seeks to attract employers to proactively comply with the Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance for employees to have flexible work schedules to care for family members. We conducted research with employers, sourced evidence to support a value proposition, developed a messaging strategy, and created a logo and a brand message “The Future of Productivity” which we designed and write into a suite of outreach materials now being used by city staff to engage with employers citywide.
