Description:
OneWorld developed the Strategic Communications Plan of this multi-program statewide organization. We started by collaborating with its Director of Communications to conduct two workshops with 25 client staff comprising seven communications functions. Together we refined a “brand promise” to retool their creation of information and stories. Based on content from workshop participants we developed communications objectives, strategies, and tactics. We described the rationale of communicating strategically, a modern communications approach, and ways to attract policy-makers, funders, and partner organizations to support the strategy.
